Will work to provide information, assistance and referrals to individuals and professionals interested in and in need of help navigating the community's available system of health and human service resources.
- A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite application
- Able to interact effectively with persons experiencing a problem situation to assess and help problem solve the situation
- Must work effectively with people of diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and persons with disabilities and mental illness in a respectful and positive manner
