Greater Ottawa County United Way is proud to announce that more than $22,000 worth of school supplies and backpacks were collected during their fourth annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive. The collection took place from July 25 – August 8 at locations throughout Ottawa County.
During the last week in August, backpacks full of school supplies will be distributed to more than 1,000 local students at the Grand Haven and Holland Salvation Army locations. If you know a student in grades K-12 in need of a backpack and school supplies, please contact the Holland Salvation Army at (616) 392-4461 or the Grand Haven Salvation Army at (616) 842-3380.
